Unit 9: Constitutional Remedies (Article 32)

A right without a remedy is a mere paper promise. Article 32 provides the ultimate constitutional shield to enforce Part III.

This unit examines Article 32, famously called the "Heart and Soul" of the Constitution by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. We will analyze the writ jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, explore the rules of Public Interest Litigation (PIL), and review parliamentary limits under Articles 33 to 35.
